KBI has developed a talented staff of product and process engineers that have continued to meet and exceed customer expectations in an increasingly demanding market.

The technical team, led by a resident Chief Engineer, includes approximately 100 engineers at the Sandusky locations and is responsible for all elements of Product and Process Engineering.
Product and Process Engineering work together to create and implement designs and the related processes required to meet the latest customer product requirements. This capability is demonstrated by the implementation of new products like the Ultra Series Bearing.
